We are in the process of creating Game schedules! We have put together this page to answer reoccurring questions during this time so focus can remain on getting the schedules created and posted as quickly as we can.

If you have an urgent request, please email info@redrosearena.com with "URGENT" in the subject line.

All other inquiry responses will be delayed during our scheduling process.

Regarding Leagues

Schedule Release

First game times will be posted by end of day Mon 11/3 at the latest.
Remaining game schedule will be posted when fully complete! We are aiming for end of day Mon 11/10 at the latest.

Website/Technical difficulties

Full team balances and rosters are due by the second game - including split pay payments.
Any technical related questions, please send to mikayla.dag@redrosearena.com - assistance will be provided once schedules are done and we are able to shift focus.

Last Minute Schedule Request

Please text your schedule request to our office cell: 717-405-4856. Mikayla will have this phone nearby while working on schedules for the purpose of quickly receiving last minute schedule related information.
Requests made after 11/1 are not guaranteed, but still worth sending just in case.

Book a Rental

If you'd like to book a rental for your team to practice, please email info@redrosearena.com and include "[TEAM NAME] - PRACTICE RENTAL" in the subject and Larry will assist you with getting you booked!

Regarding Parties

Availability

We are currently not booking on Fridays or Saturdays due to our league games.
Sundays we only have availability before noon.

Booking

If you'd like to schedule with us, please email info@redrosearena.com with "PARTY" in the subject. If you are looking for a time in the next 2 weeks, we will do our best to get back to you asap. If you're looking for time beyond that, we will get back to you once schedules are created and we can shift focus.
