Indoor sports at the Red Rose Indoor Arena requires more endurance, quicker reaction time, and more accuracy and control.  Unlike the counterpart outdoor games, the ball is in play 99% of the time, which means a higher scoring game that's exciting for the players and spectators. Most importantly, indoor sports at the Red Rose Indoor Arena are extremely beneficial for the physical and mental development for individuals of all ages.
